Altar Servers assist the celebrant at the altar and throughout the Liturgy while providing youth with learning and leadership opportunities that will teach them about the faith and traditions of the Catholic Church. They gain hands-on exposure to and knowledge of the Mass, and learn about the importance of service to others. Seasoned altar servers gain leadership experience by helping train newer ones. Training classes and mentors prepare new servers for their role and refresher training is held every year.
Requirements
Have to have received their First Holy Communion
Have to be at least 9 years’ old
Most importantly they should have the support of their parents to guide them

Los Monaguillos asisten al celebrante en el altar y durante la Liturgia; mientras brindan a las jóvenes oportunidades de aprendizaje y liderazgo que les enseñarán sobre la fe y las tradiciones de la Iglesia Católica. Obtienen la exposición práctica y el conocimiento de la Misa, y aprenden sobre la importancia del servicio a los demás.
